    The Management support department plans and coordinates overall business operations for the continuous growth and profitability improvement of the company.

    Finance

    The Finance team manages the company’s financial condition and performance, supports the improvement of financial soundness and risk management, and maintains the company’s financial stability.

    Strategy & Plan

    The Strategy & plan team is responsible for formulating medium- to long-term strategies based on the company’s vision and goals, as well as supporting the organization’s business planning and implementation. Additionally, the team plans and coordinates other important management matters. This is a critical role in the company’s continued growth, and it contributes to providing strategic direction and improving the business model in collaboration with the management.

    IT

    The IT team is responsible for building and operating management information systems and IT infrastructure for quick decision-making and business support. They support and operate enterprise-wide systems such as ERP, groupware, CRM, websites, etc. to ensure the smooth operation of the systems.

    Personal & General Affairs

    The Personnel & general affairs team is responsible for securing and nurturing outstanding human resources to create and maintain HR policies and programs that contribute to business performance. In addition, it performs support tasks necessary for the management.

    Brand

    The Brand team leverages insights into the ever-changing trends and customer needs to provide optimized products and solutions. To do this, they accurately understand the essence of the brand and plan and execute branding strategies and product portfolio management. Additionally, they implement advertising and promotional strategies suitable for various media to enhance the brand’s value. By doing so, they contribute to increasing customer recognition of the HLI brand and improving trust and satisfaction with products and services.

    Design

    The Brand designer is responsible for setting visual direction and concept to effectively communicate information about the brand and its products to customers. Maintaining and developing the brand’s tone and manner is also an important part of this role. To achieve this, they adhere to brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency, and contribute to enhancing the brand’s image and appeal. Brand designers primarily use various media such as logos, packaging, advertising, and websites to convey brand messages. Through their work, customers can perceive the HLI brand in a more intuitive and easily understandable form, thus increasing trust in the brand and its products.

    Understand market trends, establish/perform sales strategies and generate revenue and revenue based on the nature of the sales channel.

    Retail

    The Retail manager is responsible for the entry and management of the retail channel, which is a distribution channel that directly provides the company’s products to consumers. To do this, they select appropriate store locations and partners, and negotiate and draft entry contracts. They also manage product displays, marketing activities, and sales performance in the retail channel to generate sales and revenue. In addition, the Retail Manager identifies customer needs and market trends to develop and execute strategies for expanding the B2C channel and activating sales. Through this role, they meet customer needs and increase the company’s sales and revenue.

    E-commerce

    The E-commerce sales manager is responsible for managing sales across all online shopping channels. They work to develop and sell through various distribution channels to increase sales and revenue. The E-commerce sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. They collaborate with various departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the alignment of objectives and the smooth running of e-commerce operations. They also analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify new sales opportunities and improve customer engagement. The E-commerce sales manager is responsible for managing relationships with online retailers and platforms, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that product listings are up to date and accurately reflect the company’s brand and product offerings. They work to optimize product positioning and pricing, and they collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions to drive sales. Through their efforts, the E-commerce sales manager works to expand the company’s reach and increase its sales and revenue through online channels.

    Commercial

    The Sales manager conducts bulk supply and long-term transactions of commercial products through deals with franchise and reseller partners. To do so, they search for suitable partners, negotiate product descriptions and pricing, and manage contracts and transactions with partners while striving to improve the relationship through satisfaction surveys. In addition, the sales manager identifies market trends and customer requirements to establish appropriate sales strategies and executes them to increase sales and revenue. Through this, they promote the company’s products to a wider audience and achieve growth.

    Office Coffee System

    This role is performed by the Sales manager in a financial services and office coffee provider. The Sales manager provides office coffee systems to companies that prioritize employee welfare and offers financial solutions such as insurance, leasing, and installment payments, as well as system packages such as coffee machines, ice makers, baristas, and coffee beans. They identify customer needs and provide optimal solutions to meet those needs. n addition, the Sales manager proactively handles any inconveniences that may arise during product usage after delivery, thus increasing customer satisfaction. By doing so, they support companies in providing better working environments for their employees and contribute to improving their business performance.

    Export

    The Sales manager for exports who sells to distributors worldwide is responsible for expanding the company’s products to international markets. To achieve this, they must understand both domestic and foreign market trends, and establish contracts with suitable distributors overseas. They also develop international marketing strategies for the product and participate in the planning and development of products tailored to foreign markets. The Sales Manager for exports maintains close cooperation with distributors and establishes international business relationships. They provide education and support to distributors, and convey accurate product usage and management methods to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.   • Logistics

    The Logistics department is responsible for forecasting demand for exported/imported finished products and parts, as well as planning and managing inventory and logistics for all products. They are in charge of planning and managing inbound and outbound shipments, as well as managing overall inventory and logistics for the company.

    The person in this role must have a deep understanding of the supply chain process and the ability to analyze data to accurately predict demand. They also need to work closely with other departments such as sales, production, and purchasing to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that products are shipped on time. In addition, they must be able to manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiate contracts and pricing, and track shipments to ensure they arrive on schedule.   • Product Research & Development

    The Product R&D department is responsible for product development and improvement, technical problem-solving, and market trend analysis. They drive projects for product development and improvement, brainstorm product ideas with team members, create prototypes, and conduct testing. Additionally, they gather insights from market trends and analyze competitor products to incorporate into product development. They perform research and experiments to solve technical problems and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.

    Local Compliance

    The role of local compliance involves ensuring that imported products comply with relevant regulations and laws, and obtaining certification as necessary. This is a critical function for importing products, as certification ensures that products meet legal requirements and can be marketed in the domestic market. A local compliance specialist is responsible for understanding domestic and international regulations and laws, and collaborating with relevant agencies to conduct product certification and inspections. They must understand relevant laws and processes, perform analysis and evaluation of products, and apply for and obtain necessary certifications. Additionally, a local compliance specialist identifies and addresses issues related to product import and distribution, and develops strategies and policies to address these issues. This contributes to the company’s international competitiveness and ensures stable import operations.

    Quality Test

    In the product quality management role, the person develops technologies and procedures to prevent issues that may occur during the product manufacturing process. They identify and respond to issues that arise during the production process, measure and analyze product quality, and find improvement points. They establish and manage quality inspection procedures to ensure quick responses and problem-solving for any product issues. Through these responsibilities, they increase customer satisfaction and ensure product stability and quality.

They respond promptly and accurately to customer issues or demands, resolve complaints, and work to improve the overall customer experience. They also handle various customer inquiries such as product and service-related questions, as well as providing information to maintain and develop relationships with customers.

    After-sales & Customer Service

    The After-sales & CS team is tasked with ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries, and that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This requires a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers In addition to handling customer inquiries and complaints, the team also plays a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement in the company’s products and services. They collect and analyze feedback from customers, and work closely with other departments such as R&D and product management to implement changes that address customer needs and preferences.

    Operation

    The Operation team is a dedicated team that handles large-scale customer transactions. This team responds quickly and accurately to any inconvenience that may arise during the use of our products, especially in response to large-scale purchases made by customers. In particular, the team accurately understands the customer’s product usage environment and requirements and provides concentrated care services tailored to meet their needs. These services include product repair, maintenance, and education. Additionally, the team also performs product development and customization that meets customer requirements. Therefore, the team constantly strives to increase customer satisfaction and makes every effort to build long-term relationships with customers.

  • F&B Service

    Our F&B service department develops and provides a variety of coffee and bakery menus with different tastes and flavors using our brand products. They strive to meet the customers' preferences and demands by conducting product development and market research. In addition, the team also offers comprehensive F&B education on coffee and bakery production and management to provide the best service.

    The F&B service team, consisting of professional baristas, chefs, and pastry chefs, continuously develops and creates menus using our products to provide customers with enjoyable experiences. They also manage our flagship store and plan and execute various events to ensure that customers have a pleasant experience. Additionally, they conduct pre-emptive testing of new products to identify their strengths and weaknesses for analysis.

    The Roasting factory department is responsible for researching and developing the best possible coffee beans to provide to our customers. They produce and provide beans that are optimized for our company's coffee machines, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality coffee possible.

    The Roasting factory team aims to improve the quality and safety of coffee beans. We conduct research and development to provide the best possible beans to our customers, optimized for their coffee machines. We regularly select and purchase new green beans to create new products, and manage the cost and quality of beans to ensure our customers have easy access to high-quality beans.
